It couldn't have been easier, no hassle to find, not long to wait for the bus, dropped off and picked up close to departures and arrivals and at a fraction of the cost of on site parking.

Yes,everything went smoothly thank you. Driver waited for us whilst we parked the car. Grateful for that! Very courteous and helpful. Only had to wait a couple of minutes for return journey. Excellent!

Easy to find, no problems entering or leaving the car park. Buses came regularly. No problems at all, will definitely be using again and recommending to friends and family.

We arrived at EMA on 11 April and were not given at ticket at barrier although barrier lifted to enable us to enter - after several phone calls to Airparks and trying to contact someone via Buzzer, no one answered our calls !! Very annoying. When we got back to UK a week later, the barrier lifted without use of a ticket so can you advise if a ticket will be issued in future or not. Also the driver of bus did not tell us that the pick up point has now changed after years of being in same place !

Yes apart from the system sold me Express Security passes despite the fact I could not use them as my check in was 4am and passes are only valid from 5am which meant I spent £9 I didn't need to, can the system not tell what time I inputted for arrival and then not give the option of express security pass.

Everything went as smoothly as possible. Got a great parking space very roomy. On our departure we noticed a car with Windows down next to ours we reported this and staff were very helpful and very keen to sort it out.

Only promblem here is poor lighting, Apon arrival at 05.30 i drove up to the barrier as i lowered my window looking at the machine at my side i could see a vertical slot which i expected a token to drop out for my later exit, by now the barrier had gone up and back down before my entry, thankfully a motorist waiting behind pointed out the small call assist button right up in the top corner of the machine, up 'til then the only button i could see to press was a large one in the centre of the machine.

Be upfront about your Free If Found Cheaper scam.... found the exact same jet park 1 car park with RyanAir cheaper than you, but you had a 'cancellation' clause? Why on earth would i book airport parking for my already planned/booked/paid for holiday then cancel the said £1,500 holiday? Con artistes. Avoid at all costs.
