We were so glad we'd booked the meet & greet service for our return flight. After a 3 and a half hour delay at Las Vegas airport then a nine and an half hour flight, being able to call and have our car delivered to us at the terminal was great.

I would not use this facility again when using a low cost airline. Desk opens only two hours before flight. Queued for one of those then have to be at the gate 30 mins before take off. Gave us half an hour in the lounge.

Speedy boarding was ok in the uk on departure, but we felt that on departure at Larnaca the service was not made clear until someone asked, which in fact was an improvment on April when we were not given the option although we had prepaid.

Arrival at Airparks Gatwick Return Greet
Park in one of the arrivals bays, take note of the number and head to reception to check in. You'll need to present a copy of your booking confirmation, drop your keys in the red box for the correct number lane and you'll be given a ticket, which you should keep safe as you'll need it later. It will also have instructions on the back for when you return.
You car will be parked for you while you catch the bus from the waiting area to the airport. You'll need to show your ticket to the driver.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.
On your return to Airparks Gatwick Return Greet
You will be given instructions when you meet the driver on your outbound departure. If you lose these instructions after your departure please call 01293 842903/4 when you are ready to leave the terminal and ask where to meet the driver.
If you return earlier than planned, please contact the car park to ensure your car is ready for collection.

We recommend that you allow 45 minutes from checking into the car park to reaching the airport terminal.
Airparks is unable to carry bikes, surfboards, canoes or other large objects which do not fit onto luggage racks on their buses. If you are bringing large items with you we suggest you drop them off at the airport before parking your car or take advantage of the Airparks Meet and Greet service. Remember to check beforehand that your airline will accept them for carriage.
If your actual stay is longer than your booked stay, you will be charged extras on departure at the car park's standard daily rate. Please note: No refund will be issued for part used stays and any additional time will be charged at the local gate rate. Please note that all areas of Gatwick airport share a postcode, we advise you to carefully follow directions on arrival.
Airparks cannot accept any vehicle with a taxi licence plate - these can only be driven by the licence holder.
