Great driver TO the airport. Loaded and unloaded the bags for us. Not so great with the driver from the airport. I asked if he could stow our baggage for us as I was disabled with a damaged back which he grudgedly did with the comment that it might give him a bad back.

The outward journey was very smooth although my husband was advised by the entrance screen to park in the yellow carpark area which was quite a long way to walk back to the reception. Staff were very friendly. On our return to Glasgow Airport telephoned Skyport as advised. The message on the system was so quiet that I ended up phoning it 5 times trying to hear the message. A bus eventually arrived at bus stop 4. I was not impressed with the answer system at all and reported the volume problem to the extremely pleasant gentleman at the reception area in Skyport.

Very - backpack was left in car with husband's medicines in it. The driver immediately returned with him to fetch it and they arrived back back in jig time (3 am so roads quiet). In future check number of items before entering the bus. Many thanks.

Used Sky Port on many occasions and have always found them to be good value and good facilities. I wouldn't use anyone else unless they were unavailable for any reason. Well done!

As we were allocated a space in yellow car park, which was quite a way down,there were plenty of empty spaces near the bus pickup point. We were lucky that on both days the weather was not bad otherwise we would have been drenched. Distance from point was only complaint.

I will never use Skyport again and would never recommend it to anyone. The postcode they have noted for their address is incorrect causing a time delay which resulted in our missing our flight! It states Skport is 5 minutes from the airport, it took us minutes to get to the airport via their bus. The journey was minutes on the day we missed our glider, it was also minutes the next day when we had to pay and book another flight to Tenerife. It also took minutes when we arrived in Glasgow to go pickup our car. I shall be writing to Skyport to complain and would ask that you stop using this company as it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Yes Bus ready to take us to the Airport when parking the car and outside the Airport on our return. The only comment I do have is that I was asked to park in the Blue Area of the car park which is a long way from the reception area. Just glad it was not raining !!
