Straight forward and stress free, just drive up to the barrier, numberplate recognised, park car and get on the bus to airport departure, easy peasy.

Only problems we had were that the number plate recognition did not work either on entering or leaving the car park. Plus there was a serious lack of buses on the return journey as we had to wait outside for more than 40 minutes due to the queues.

Drove up to barrier , opened let us straight in no problem. App and emails kept upto dare . Very easy to use and safe.

Suggestion maybe colour zone /isle where car is as we got off the bus in car park 1 long stay but couldn't find the car for a while. It was 1am and hard to see in dark.

Every thing started great, finally managed to find a space after a few trips around the carpark, being disabled I needed a wide space to be able to open my door, great journey to the airport only issue I had was on returning from my holiday when I asked the bus driver which bus I required he said the one behind great thanks I said and processed to the bus started the journey to the car only problem this bus isn't going to my carpark luckily the bus driver realised I was disabled and said he would take us and luggage to our carpark

Parking was easy. Luckily we didn't have to pay any late fees due to our flight being 3 hours late,because of the adverse weather in Spain. This doesn't happen every time though. That's why I pay the extra fee to ensure I get any monies repaid to me.

Whilst this car park is easy to access, the site itself leaves a lot to be desired. the surface for parking your vehicle is not a TRUE hard standing (stones (which are not compacted in the ground) mixed with other elements. I have used BOTH Jetparks 1 & 2 recently and are of a similar condition.

Easy to use car parks that are well lit as we flew early morning. Coming back the bus was easy to find right outside the terminal. Both drivers were polite and helpful.
