Call MBW on 0208 759 5252 approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival and make sure you let them know if you are likely to be more than an hour outside of your booked times. Make your way to the MBW desk which is at the lift area of level 2 rows E and F, inside the short stay car park at Terminal 4.

Here are your Directions to the car park:
- Make your way to Heathrow Terminal 4.
- As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Short stay parking.
- Drive up the ramp and stay in the right-hand lane.
- Take a ticket at the barrier and hand this to the MBW driver.
- Enter the short stay car park.
- Drive down to level 2 following the off-airport and parking signs.
- On level 2 follow the road to the left, drive to the end of Row F and park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays.
