Inverness is such a pleasant little airport and the staff give you a typically Highland welcome. The walk from the car park is long on a good day it is pleasant; on an inclement day it is a drag.

Due to illness I had to return early and you would not change flights, so I had to purchase a new ticket to return early. There are no further details that are relevant, your operators could not help me and I did not feel that they cared.

We booked parking at Inverness airport through you, over the phone, paying for it as we booked. Then, as we left the car park, the barrier asked us to pay again. But the payment would not go through, presumably as we had already paid. When I rang the buzzer to speak to someone, I was asked if we had had our parking ticket verified or confirmed or something at the information desk before we left the airport. We had not been told to do this, and there was nothing on the ticket to suggest that we should do this, so we had not done it. The person I was speaking to then raised the barrier, without apology for the inconvenience caused. As these things often do, this delay caused us greater inconvenience than could be expected. Not a good experience.

I arrived to find long stay car park full. I was directed to short stay car park and on entering terminal went to Information desk where my ticket was scanned. On trying to exit car park a week later a message came up demanding £75.00 for parking. Lucky for me a senior member of Airport team was behind me and instructed the person whom I was trying to talk to via help button on the ticket machine. Instructed him to open the gate. Not a very helpful end to a long journey home!

We didn't get a ticket on arrival so when leaving we were unable to get out, staff took some time to answer buzzer and didn't explain clearly where they were located - a bit frustrating.

Actuall long stay was full and I had took drive to the short stay car park. But I was given a ticket at reception that allowed me immediate exit which was a bonus on arriving home after my holiday.

Booking went smoothly, car parking desk was not 24hr manned, asked for exit ticket when checked in car ( as we arrived back early morning, ticket office does not open till 05;00 and we could have been stuck in carpark till desk opened had we not asked and received exit ticket on arrival )

It was very easy getting the long stay car park ticket from the information desk. On return the information desk was quiet and a simple task to get the ticket as paid with your email. It was actually quicker than using the machine and much cheaper.

Long stay was closed so we used the short stay. Although this was a bonus as not so far to walk - there was no prior notification which meant a wasted trip to the long stay. On return, staff were extremely helpful and went smoothly.

Yes everything went smoothly - though the entrant barrier wasn't working properly and we had to remember and go to the info desk when we arrived to get a car park ticket - we were in departures when we remembered so had to go back out for it! Other than that everything was easy and as described.

The long stay car park at Inverness was out of action on our arrival.The barrier was not working but nothing to advise of what should be done. There were cars in the car park but we had to enter the terminal building to find out what was wrong.

It is a fairly long walk to the terminal building - I'm sure they could make the walking route easier. It was very confusing at night for walking to the car in the dark and difficult to find the way back to collect friends with luggage. It's almost impossible to see the parking ticket going in and out of the machine. The whole parking situation at Inverness Airport needs to be improved.

I had never booked the long stay or flown from Inverness before and was surprised there was only one long stay car park onsite. When we arrived at the car park which we had booked well in advance there was no spaces to park which was stressful travelling with a child. I eventually found a tiny gap which went overa yellow line and took the risk of just leaving the car there and hoping it would be ok . Over people were coming into the car park after me and they had to turn round and go to the short stay instead more long stay parking spaces are needed at inverness

On the morning of arrival, the car park was over subscribed and several cars had parked out with the marked bays which would have made exiting bays difficult for some other patrons. I was lucky to find an unoccupied space.

The parking is too far away from the airport, if you have difficulty walking but do not hold a Blue Badge. Plus in the rain, I would have got wet as I walk with a stick and cannot hold a umbrella, the walk from the carpark has no cover, I would have been wet for my flight not a good start. Also when I returned it was late at night, walking to my car I felt scared as the lighting was not good and the ground uneven.

Very little details provided about how you process the parking ticket at the airport. Only had a reference/booking code which I provided at the airport information desk where the validated the card for exit. Also, I pretty certain I selected the short stay car park when booking but was give the long stay on my booking confirmation.
