I paid for covered parking. When I picked my car up it was plainly obvious it had spent considerable time out in the open. The build up of dry dead leaves around the bonnet/windscreen area was something that didn't happen overnight. The vehicle was not totally clean when I left it but again there was noticeable grime that has resulted from being left in the rain then dried out.I'd book again as the rate was cheaper than Sentinel.

Facilities as described but I was a bit concerned that my vehicle wasn't checked over prior to leaving it with you. On returning nobody answered my calls so we just had to wait outside the terminal in the hope that someone would pick us up

Just a small issue. Sat nav said I reach destination when I still had to drive a bit further. Once I enquired at a building I was directed. They said happens all time. Now I know exactly where the park is I would go again

no, they did not park my car inside the entire week when I specifically paid for that service. When asking the reception staff he insisted it had been parked there when I knew full well it had not as the car was in the exact same spot and position I had left it.

I turned up at the Parking Facility & they did not have a record of my booking despite having a record of a booking I had made in August, booked at the same time. When I returned after 5 weeks it was obvious the car had been stored outside as it was dirty & covered in bird droppings. Needless to say I had booked for it to be stored undercover.I filled in the complaints form at 3 a.m. in the morning & have not heard a thing since.

Everything was ok, but i might of been mistaken when i booked, I thought i had booked for indoor parking yet when i got back was told my car was in an overflow car park outside!like i said might of been my mistke when it said indoor parking thought thats what i was getting.

Terrible service I have disability problem I pulled my knee getting of the bus due to it being parked away from the kerb. On return a lot of angry people tried to find the bus we were all crammed on with suitcases in the aisle I was sat on a disabled seat a few suitcases hit my legs it was disgusting

Service was good when dropping off the car. Have no confidence it was stored inside for the week as it should of been as it was a way away from the reception on my return, lad on reception couldn't care less and we also had the joy of the mini bus been packed so me, my partner and 7 year old child had to stand on the mini bus for the return journey. Was meant to be a meet and greet service and that's not what I experienced. Never again.

We use holiday extras to book airport car parking each time we go away and have never had any problems. Everything went smoothly and we didn't have to wait for transport to the airport. The mini bus driver was helpful and friendly and on our return collecting the car took no time at all. I would definitely recommend holiday extras!
