Quick and easy facility. The friendly staff helped with a smooth drop off before I took a short walk to the airport. Pick up was even easier...car was ready and waiting to go.

We walked as it was only round the corner from the airport;also you had to pay a bus fare and we would have had to wait 20minutes. It didn't say when booking about paying for a bus or paying a car park exit fee of £2. However it is close by so it was ok, might not have been if it had been raining!

Tricky to get to but that's road layout, making us go through the pay as you exit airport scam. However other than that car was handed over and available when we returned with only a slight glitch, we arrived to the car park and no-one was in the office. We had walked from the airport with a disabled passenger as it was so close, however the driver had gone to collect a young couple in the minibus, we therefore had to wait for him to return. Motto be lazy and wait for the minibus!

The staff were great , the service was smooth and priced very competitively. However , when we collected our car it has completely covered in dirt ( we had it valeted prior to our holiday) we were under the impression the car would be securely parked . This was clearly not the case .

a very professional and friendly service .very helpful from start to finish .we were met as promised just across from departures the car was brought back promptly on our return despite it being over 3 hrs delayed and 4am . I wouldn't hesitate to re omens this meet and great service to anyone especially if you are a larger party.

The outbound trip was fine no problems. However, on our return we were unable to contact Imagine on the mobile provided. In the end we called the land line and everything was sorted fairly quickly.

I was a little surprised that when collecting the car your driver said they didn't do an inspection of the car and note any damage so that this could be compared when the car was returned. I was uncomfortable with this. Otherwise everything was fine

Very disappointed to have to wait for over 10 min to drop and also collect the keys. Supposed to be meet and greet rather than wait and meet. I had to call twice on both departure and arrival. In comparison to the Manchester service this was poor.

I've emailed the imagine parking direct. Still waiting a response. I understand the has to be moved from time to time. I wonder why it would be 5 miles? Im unhappy that the front passager side alloy wheel has been scuffed almost half the wheel has been affected. If you are moving other people's cars then more care needs to be taken.

No. Leaving the airport was fine, but the return, i.e. calling them from baggage claim to the time of their arrival was far too long which defeats the objective. We should just have used the long stay car park
