Worked well no complaints. Reasonable price & waliking distance to Terminal. We live fairly close to Liverpool Airport but cheaper and less mucking around than waiting for taxi's.

There was a problem with the automatic gate recognising your car and was a panick to get out on our return. This is a fundamental part of the reason people book in advance therefore the machine shoul be repaired immediately.

Second time I used Pre-booked parking and worked really well. Although there were problems with the barriers on arrival at John Lennon Airport, I simply took my ticket and booking reference to the car park kiosk on my return from holiday and was sorted within a minute.

There was a problem with the carpark not reading our car registration. Which meant that we had to go ( With all our Luggage) across a busy road to the multistorey carpark to have our ticket validated. Not very good at midnight after a long journey.
