Parking was an absolute breeze. Registration recognition makes for easy access to the car park. Exit was also easy but just a reminder to all remember you need your car parking ticket to exit the car park, something a lot of users of the car park evidently forgot!

when we arrived at the barrier, the message which appeared. Welcome Mr Doyle. That was very welcoming. We found a space no problem. Parked the car. Inside the airport within 5 mins. Coming home again no problem.

No car not recognised at barrier, followed instructions given. On return car not recognised and company attempted to charge me £90. I refused . Eventually they found me on the system and let me out!

everything was fine until we tried to exit. A charge of 70+ pounds came up. This has happened before and is a bit unnerving. Is it because we took a ticket on the way in?? it was ok in the end when we spoke to the guy onthe intercom.the intercom

Getting out of the car park was not easy. There were ten cars backed up at the barrier as Holuday Extra tickets were not being accepted. It took about half an hour to sort it out and drivers got irate (tired after travelling). My own ticket was ok when I finally got to the barrier.

The system was down as we arrived at the barrier at the beginning of our holiday and we were told to just take a ticket. The ticket asked us for pounds extra on homeward journey so we had to press the barrier and then we were let out. Not a smooth process.

We booked a long stay car park in Liverpool airport for 4days, on the departure we tried to exit the car park and it told us we had to pay an outstanding balance of £70 even though we had already pre-paid for a ticket which cost us £45,so we had to call for assistance and eventually got out of the car park,it was the last thing we needed at 12.30am after we were both tired

On arrival very helpful when I went to the wrong car park. Excellent customer service & very polite staff. Unfortunately on my return when I put my ticket in machine to leave car park a message came on slcreen saying I had an outstanding balance of £75 even though I was back on time & not delayed. The operator was slow to respond when I called for assistance and it took 2 calls for the barrier to be eventually raised so I could leave.

Yes, car park was really busy that morning so I had quite a long walk but entry and departure went fine. Car was safe, airport was close and I didn't have any issues.

When I returned to Liverpool and tried to exit the barrier and put the ticket card in the machine it would not open to let me out. I called for assistance and a very rood and abrubt man answered saying "whats your problem pal" not can I help you. When I told him he said have you put the ticket in the nachine and I told him I had tried several times. He then asks for the booking reference which I had to get out of the back if the car. I gave the information and waited for response after a while I asked again and he says in a very agresive ans unprofessional manner "Hold on pal" Eventually he tells me to put the ticket in again and it I was able to exit. This is not the first time I have had exit problems at Liverpool airport parking and thought the staff there gave the impression it was too much trouble to help me exit without calling for assistance. I will not be parking there again.
