We could not exit the car park without pushing the buzzer to say we had already paid. A very rude person on the other end deemed to let us through with no apology or reason for asking us to pay again.

We couldn't get into the disabled bays. Even the car park attendant said he had never seen it that busy. We had to park quite a way.

Reg. wasn't recognised but this didn't cause a problem we just gave our ref over the intercom on our return. Parking so close to the terminal and super easy.

From a very swift entry to car collect and exit, the whole parking experience was excellent. No hitches. Clear directions guided you to parking spaces.Parking very close to both departure and arrivals doors. Would certainly recommend in the future.

On arriving, Number plate recognition did not work at the barrier but on pressing the intercom button and giving my registration number, the barrier was lifted straight away. On exiting the car park, it flashed up £75 to pay (!), on pressing the intercom and giving my reg number, the barrier was lifted straight away with no extra payment needed (entering and leaving was within the parameters I had booked)

Pick up at airport went smoothly. Had to arrange to be picked up at cruise terminal so had to ring England. Everything was ok and we were picked up on time and left 1 mins early.

On entering the car park all went well ,leaving the car park it did not reconized. My ticket ,this has happened on two occasions,chap was helpful and asked got me through when he checked my car registration.i will be using your service in the future ,April,May and August .in August I am going with my grandchildren and last August I took them away and had to park quite far away ,I have noticed there is family parking how do I park in there
