Absolutely fantastic experience with holidays extras the app is easy to use all the staff in the executive lounge where friendly food was good too the paking was a two minutes walk to the terminal just a 1st class experience

Parking facilities are brilliant! Though flybe flight was cancelled due to weather so went on 11.05am flight which really shouldn't have left as conditions were far too windy. it took two attempts to land in IOM with a 40 mins bumpy wait over the Irish sea to try a second attempt. The steward staff on the plane didn't seem that happy about flying. Next time i'll be flying with easy jet every time!

Everything ran smoothly, both on departure and on return. The only slight criticism was the car park barrier took a long time to operate when we were leaving.

Very helpful staff. A little bit confusion over entering barriers as this was our first time using the car park. All went smoothly on return from holiday. Less than ten minutes walk. Would definitely use again and recommend to family and friends.

It went smoothly. No problems at barrier. Convenient but our friends paid £22 at nearby competition while we paid £42 with yourselves. We all got same flight and left car parks at same time

this is the second time in a row I have had difficulty LEAVING the long Stay car park. The main problem on Thursday (27th October), was that only ONE out of three barriers were in operation, and once at the barrier, each ticket took nearly 20 seconds to process! This caused a 25 minute delay, just not acceptable. I won't be using your company again unless that situation improves. And I will check customer complaints before deciding from now on. As iI mentioned, this was the second time in a row.

Price seems to have increased, whilst still cheaper than taxis for us, we don't now use the car park every time we fly. If it were only say £2 less per day on average we'd use you every time.

My number plate wasn't recognised and I pressed the wrong button and got a ticket! It was 4am and I was so confused when the barrier didn't open. I went to the desk on our arrival back from our holiday with my paperwork and the man sorted it in seconds. He was so helpful.

The only thing I recommend is that rather than having to keep ticket safe you should have the cameras read the car reg as you are leaving (even if it only works for people who booked online)
