When I have already booked through you, can you stop sending me email reminders to book airport parking repeatedly for the same trip. I had never parked at Liverpool Airport before and could have done with specific instructions as to which car park to drive into! Staff were helpful.

Everything went extremely well. We had no need to speak to anyone. At the carpark entrance our number plate was automatically read, the machine gave us a ticket and the barrier automatically lifted to allow us to go and park. We had no problem finding a space as there were plenty of empty spaces. On returning the barrier automatically lifted as we approached without us having to use the ticket.

Amends could not be made on line. It refers you to a telephone number. You ring the number and it refers you to the live chat. I was 96th in queue when I first called to change reg. It didn’t save do I had to go live chat again. Was about 40th in queue. That person advised first person didn’t make the amend. I could then see the amend had been made in the app however when we turned up at airport farming it didn’t recognise the car reg and we had to call for assistance. Very frustrating

Everything went smoothly and no complaints, it's the best place to park for us as my wife has walking difficulties, I scored you 8 out of ten as I still found it quite expensive for a 2 week stay, however I will continue to use the car park when we travel and of course book through yourselves.

Hard to say how you could improve. More additional spaces would be handy, but we had no trouble finding a space. Everything worked like clock work. Barrier lifted on arrival, issued ticket. Exit was smooth.

You may want to offer at the booking stage an option for a days delay by the haulier,in my case easyJet. I feel sure you would offer a better rate at this stage than I had to pay when delayed this way. I paid an extra £14. If not delayed you would credit back the difference. Worth a thought.

Booking in car at Liverpool airport was so easy and straight forward. We turned up at long stay barrier, took our ticket, parked further down as usual. Within 10 minutes we are at passport area. Very smooth

When I got to the airport the machine would not let me through so spent a long time looking for the car park office with no success On my return the machine said I owed £110 and only after getting in touch with the car park man was I able to get out of the car park First time I’ve had a problem and always book with you so it won’t put me off but thought you should know

Voucher immediately honoured when booking. Had to cancel holiday two years ago for obvious reasons. Car reg recognition at barriers both in and out make the process so easy, no buttons to press. Just collect ticket on way in, park-up, then put ticket back in when leaving. The process is so easy, and short walk to the terminal means worry -free parking.

A arrived at Liverpool Airport and headed for the long stay park. It was only a minute before we found a parking bay, it was no more than a minute from the Airport entrance. When we arrived back it was so easy to walk to our car. We got to the barrier and inverted our ticket, the barrier opened up right away. It was well worth the parking fee for a week.
