TICKET DIDNT SHOW UP MY CAR REG AND WHEN I RETURNED I COULDNT GET OUT OF THE CAR PARK SO HAD TO RE PARK , WALK TO MULTI STOREY AND GET IT AUTHORISED WHICH TOOK HALF AN HOUR, IF THIS HADNT HAVE HAPPENED THE SCORE WOULD HAVE BEEN A TEN!

Yes always good, use often and think the instruction are clearer than before, even tho' the number plate recognition not working info in paperwork detailed what to do so very easy.

Everything fine on arrival, no issue getting into carpark. On departure put my ticket in and the machine indicated a payment of £68 was due. Went to the enquires window at the car park as the confirmation letter said to do and the problem was sorted with in 2 mins. with the issue of another exit ticket. This was no problem, my only concern would be if we had come back late at night would this enquiry office be manned.

A little expensive but easy to find. It would be useful if there was some way of indicating empty parking spaces in the car park so as to avoid having to drive up and down for some time to find a space. But the car park was very close to the airport building

Went very smoothly. Particularly liked the text informing me of traffic problems. Only issue, and it isn't really an issue, is that the car park barrier did not recognise our number plate (as we were told it would), but a buzz on the intercom and 30 seconds later we were on our way home. Will definitely book again with Holiday Extras.

All aspects of parking went well even with the kind person helping me get out of the car park because the bar would not raise. More lighting or signposts to your car park row for arrivals at night would be useful as well.

Excellent service, the only hitch was that the vehicle recognition didn't work. This was no big deal as we just had to call at the office in the multi-storey car park to have the ticket validated on our return, otherwise we would have scored the service 10 out of 10. We would definitely use the service again.

Automatic ticket issue (Number plate recognition) failed, or was very slow, so pressed button. Had to produce booking reference on return to avoid fee. Friendly and helpful service however.

Apparently, the so-called number recognition system in the carpark did not recognise our number. We were unable to get out of the car park. When we rang for assistance we got no answer for at least 5 minutes. Eventually, after trying a different exit, we were able to make contact with someone who did let us out. The price was good, however.

AUTOMATIC BARRIER WASN'T WORKING ON ARRIVAL WHICH MEANT USING THE MANUAL INTERCOM TO GAIN ACCESS TO CAR PARK WHICH HAD BEEN PRE-BOOKED. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED.
