On returning to the car park and putting my ticket in the machine it told me i owed £82 pounds it took sometime for the assistant to reply to the call buzzer, at which time he took my booking reference and told me to remove my ticket which i did, nothing happened and after a couple of minutes i buzzed again to be told the barrier is up off you go, however the barrier was not up as i would not have buzzed again. Not a massive problem but not needed at the end of a flight. Regards

Parking at Liverpool airport is made very simple with the number plate recognition system and it is only a short 5 minute walk to the terminal building. It's a bit of a pain if it is raining though

Much better value for three days than for one, but the plate recognition technology wasn't working properly at Long Stay 2 at Liverpool Airport. Still, the bloke in the office sorted me out in seconds.

when I got to the exit gate I was refused exit as I had to pay for my stay. I had to stay there for up to ten minutes and prove to a person on the phone that I had paid upfront when booking.

I ordered long stay car parking at Liverpool Airport. The booking process was simple, the communications received were great, and it couldn't have been easier when we got to the aiport as the ticket recognised our registration plate so all very smooth.

Every thing went to plan.The one point to be careful with is for cars who have registrations of the type OO08 for example .There needs to be a clear difference between the OO and the 0.I guess it could pose a problem!!The directions were precise and the price was right.

On our return we found that we ahd lost our ticket. It was very late and thought we would struggle finding staff but all we had to do was press the button and a member of staff replied we gave our number and there was no problem at all.

Directions were spot on. Even at night the number plate recognition system worked perfectly and on arrival the machine at the entry barrier printed out the ticket with our registration and booking reference on it, just as described on the website. Parking areas well sign posted. No trouble finding a place. Only 200 metres from terminal building. Perfect.
