When we arrived at Liverpool airport , we struggled for a good 20 minutes to find a parking space . I do not think think that this is acceptable , it made me uncertain whether to use this airport car park again .

Quick and easy to arrange and it certainly eased my travel plans!!! reasonable price and the system worked via number plate recognition. it may be a good idea to highlight the need to keep the ticket issued on arrival is also your exit ticket if you are within the timelimits of your parking stay !!! certainly use this system again on my next travel from liverpool john lennon airport .

My flight was cancelled and I arrived home 2 days later and did not have to pay any further car parking charges, which I found was very good as I was a bit concerned and the attendant was very helpful.

We arrivedd home 2 days late due to the disruption caused by the Spanish air traffic controllers.But we were able to leave the car park without a problem. and as far as I know no extra charge

Perfect apart from Number Plate not being recognised on entry. I had a print out of the booking so there was no problem and the office were very helpful and issued me with a valid ticket to get out of the car park.

I booked the carparking space on the afteroon we were flying, in a hurry, due to our friend being unable to take us to the airport because of a family bereavement. The site was so easy to navigate and everything went smoothly at the Airport. Yes, I would recommend Holiday Extras.

Use of the car park at Liverpool Airport could not have been easier. Pulled up at the barrier took the ticket and parked the car. Less than 5 min. walk to the airport. On return drove car up to the barrier put the ticket in the machine and drove away.

Great, I didnt need to talk to anyone, or have any problems at all. Just followed instructions, and parked my car, and when returning, same hassle free system, put my ticket in and drove off. Would deffo use again.

I had to change my car number for the pre-booked parking which did not get through, so leaving car park a bit inconvenient. However, not a major issue. If the number plate recognition had worked I would have scored you 10/10

Used the airport parking service for the second time - excellent. This gave me a BIG saving by booking in advance and by pre-paying I avoided the hassle of sorting out my car parking in the crowded airport in the early hours after 12 hours travelling!!

the car park did not read my reg so i had to go and find someone to hep and the car park was quite a distance from the airport with a 10 min walk which didnt help when i was already running late due to accident on motorway

Only booked Liverpool Airport car park. No problem apart from when trying to get out of the car park it did not recognise the ticket, and we had to contact an operator. Probably not your fault!

there was a problem whith the carpark ticketing machine and the help button took ages to answer, wen they did they sorted it out quickley but i think they should of had staff available in the carpark ,in which case i would of rated you 10

The facilities, i.e. parking at Liverpool airport were fine. My car was recognised by the Number plate recognition system - had to search a while for a parking spot, but did find one in the end.
