For some reason the wrong reg number was put into system at airport car park. Not sure whose fault this was as I have correct number on my account. This meant I had hasse of having to pay £100. Not what you need on returning from holiday. I must add that when I finally got through to speak to someone at holiday extra, which wasn't easy, she was very helpful and applied for refund - I hope to receive this is due course.

Hi, car parking great as always, fast track was a complete waste of time, we were diverted to the back of the normal queue after walking through the fast track channel, I have emailed you requesting a full refund and would appreciate if this could be processed asap.

No problem with car parking but you really annoyed me with the volumes of junk mail you sent me, enough to make sure I don't use you again. I didn't intend to this time I thought I was using the official Liverpool Airport website but made a mistake because your web address is so similar. My mistake I know.

No, if I had read some of the independent reviews, I wouldn't have used your company. Reading a few reviews, others have had the same issue as me. I went on a price comparison and looked at the products, put the correct dates in, decided to purchase 8 days parking. On the way to the airport my daughter was looking at the directions, turned out I'd booked 6 hours parking with you for £35. No way to contact you as it was a Sunday. I didn't know what to do, so rang the next day, originally to the Liverpool parking office who were extremely helpful and friendly and I explained and they said other people had had the issue that the site changed the dates! Can't get through to you to speak to anyone, so in a boiling hot room waiting to have the online chat. Was told, no, theres nothing that they could do and I would be charged the standard overdue charge of £15 a day. Quite upsetting as I don't earn a lot. Amazing in these days of technology that you can't change it to a week! I guess you didn't want to. Had my bank cards stolen, so panicking about how I will pay when I return, so had cause to queue again for the chat. Asked if I could use my daughters card to pay and asked how we did this. Was told that the airport car park may impose fees on top. Well, what a load of c..p. They weren't able to tell me where I would need to go to pay either which is worrying when you get home at 1 in the morning. You pay at the hotel machine, so had to get my young daughter to get out in the dark and go to the machine to pay as you wouldn't know this until you put your ticket in the machine and press the intercom. I will never use you for my insurance and parking or anything again. It worked out dearer, your insurance is similar price to others too. Thank God I didn't have to claim on that. When we drove into the carpark, I think the normal rate was £10 a day. You rip people off!

Information provided with directions to find the car park was spot on, did take around 30 mins to find an actual parking space once at Liverpool Airport. On leaving everything went smoothly with the exit barrier recognising our reg number so no issues at all.

Simple entry to car park, plenty of spaces to park, however, the ANPR system did not work when exiting the car park but it was quickly resolved by the staff on call at the exit gate.

The car parking at Liverpool were very good and the arrival and departure went smoothly except for the challenge to find the way out of the parking. Someone needs to urgently make use of a pot of white paint. All road markings are faded to total illegibility.

The transfer was faulty, upon arrival I was asked to wait in a position and they will get me when they were ready. 1 hour later I was still waiting, I asked the person who told me to wait and he then advised me that they had already left. So we went down to the parking dock and he put me on the next shuttle bus out. Very long to wait and very unco-ordinated. There was also no co-ordination on my return shuttle when I asked. I called the number on the confirmation document and it was not the correct number for where I was in Malaga. After 3 hang ups, 4 transfers and 40 minutes later I eventually got my departure time. The shuttle back went without and issues.

All good with parking at Liverpool John Lennon. Booking through Holiday Extras was the problem! Hit every week with a barrage of unwanted marketing emails for hire cars, fast track, lounges, resort tours etc despite me ticking no marketing box!

My flight from Liverpool was cancelled at the boarding gate and as a result we had to cancel our holiday. We have re-booked and I sent a message through your site asking whether it would be possible to have a credit note with yourselves to re-book parking. I have had no response to this request and as such am very disappointed with your customer service.
