Needed assistance both on arrival & departure. The equipment recognised my car but the barrier didn't lift. Staff help was prompt and efficient.

The staff were wonderful - I missed the entrance to RVP and ended up in the long stay parking. Lovely men calmed me down and got me to the right car park.
