Arrival at Luton On Airport Long Term
The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so you'll be asked to give your registration number when you make your booking. We recommend that you bring a copy of your booking confirmation with you.
Drive up to the entry barrier and press the button for a ticket. You'll be given a ticket with your registration number and booking reference on.
Don't worry if you didn't give us the right registration number - you'll still be able to get in, you'll just need to press the intercom at the exit barrier and speak to a member of staff to get out when you come back from holiday.
Getting to and from Luton airport
Arriving at the car park
Pull up to the barrier and wait for it to scan your registration and issue you with a ticket. If you aren't given a ticket, press the call button for help.
Park your car and then catch the shuttle bus to the terminal from your nearest bus stop - it's included in the price. The bus runs every 20-25 minutes, 24 hours a day, and it takes 10-12 minutes to reach the terminal.
Returning to the car park
After you land head outside to the Long Stay parking bus stop - it's right outside the terminal and will be the same place you were dropped off when you arrived.
Find your car and drive to the exit barrier – insert your ticket and the barrier will lift to let you out.
On your return to Luton On Airport Long Term
Just catch the shuttle bus back to the car park. Drive to the exit barrier and put your ticket into the slot - the barrier will lift to let you out. If it doesn't, press the intercom to speak to a member of the team.

This package cannot be changed or cancelled once booked. If you have been away for longer than you have booked, you will need to pay the difference at the barrier.
