We booked meet and greet at Luton airport though you with swift meet and greet we were told to phone them when we had our cases this we did and was told our car would be delivered to the car park within 20 minutes 10 minutes later we arrived at the parking area to wait and this we did for ONE AND A HALF HOURS and after complaining to them our car finally arrived with no apology..We have used meet and greet though you at other airports with no problem at all at the very least I think we should have had an apology at the most our money back or voucher to book with you at another airport.

Ahead of arrival i called the requested number, told to go to level 3 where a person in a flourecent jacket would great me. No such person was there so i paused on entry into meet & greet area. I could seee cars struggling to get out of spaces. As I assessed what i needed to do without the assistance i was promised the car behind me sounded its horn. Trying to get the person behind the desks attention to no joy i decided to just park where i could. The car behind drove quickly and without care into a space. I was amazed to see it was driven by a swift employee. I approached and asked why he beeped. He said there were spaces and i needed to park the car. When i discussed thati was paying his company for a service to remove the stress out of parking but his impatience was causing me stress he became argumentative and when i walked away swore behind my back. I use your service every holiday and have never had any issues previously. This person should not be allowed to drive other peoples cars. His attitude stinks and drove without any care. To be fair, the return process was without issue and the person returning the car drove it with care. I would never use swift again and am unlikely to use Luton airport again. Swift need to be more careful who they employ.

Car park staff beeped me whilst parking my car. When asked why he proceeded to argue with me and finally swore at me as i walked away. He also parked and drove the car he was in without any care. I reported the incident to the supervisor at the time who apologised. To be fair, the return collection was as expected with no issues. As my account will show, i use you every year to book and have never had issues. I use a service like this to temove the stress of parking. This was the most stressed i have ever been going on holiday and i would never use swift parking again. Terrible serbice from someone that should never be allowed in other peoples cars. Clearly swift have a poor employment process as far as filtering gor the right people. Experience put me off luton airport as a whole. Awful experience i willnever repeat.

Our travel plans were changed so our arrival was to another place and day. The SWIFT car park employees could not have been MORE helpful and accommodating. We would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I did not appreciate that every setting has been changed in my car (seat, heating...). I did not appreciate to get a ticket with the wrong registration number to get out of the car park and being asked to pay for an extra £6.20.

Despite following all the process correctly was left waiting 40 mins to get car returned at an off peak time with no traffic around. Booked a valet too which wasn’t completed (just given some cash back in an envelope)

Called 40 min before collecting my car. On my arrival car wasn’t there. Tried to speak to one of the guys from company but they wasn’t bothered to speak to me saying I need to wait for the driver. They did not tell me how long I need to wait, no apology- just left me and my kids there waiting. Finally the guy arrived with my car saying that my battery was flat and he couldn’t start the car. I told him that I never had this problem before and that the battery is new- changed 3 months ago- so he said that maybe the light in the car was left on. He could not explaine how. Never again....

Easy to find and drop the car off. Followed the instructions to call for collection but took longer than i expected and had to wait in the car park. Would recommend calling from security instead of waiting till baggage claim.

Dropping off the car at Luton was easy as the signs are very clear. Although we followed the instructions implicitly on our return we had to wait in a very cold and windy car park for over 20 minutes for the car to be returned. The staff were great.

I booked meet and greet car park and since I didn't have return ticket I payed for flexible parking with overstay insurance. Your overstay policy states that I can claim overstay charges in cases of bereavement which was my case as I had to go to funeral of a relative with unknown date . I phoned the meet and greet company, emailed holidayextras, and everyone knew when I am returning and yet when I attempted to claim back the overstay your customer representative started to read me some small print and quoted that I had put 2nd of Jan as return and not 4th and that as per T&C the overstay charges are applicable? Although price on the web site for both 2nd and 4th is the same and no one really incured any extra charges. I paid the flexible price and overstay protection and got advised by another of your staff that I can claim it back but I don't know how because clearly there are no circumstances in which some small print will not be found by your staff !
I have used your company for years but I'm sure I will be seeking other arrangements from now. And how insensitive your customer representative was !! She insisted in reading T&C that I'm wrong while all I needed is some common sense and discretion applied - why employ people then - use robots , they can noways read T&C and you would save money too !

My car was scratched in several places. I paid to have it valeted and it came back with lots of scratches on the bonnet I took photos and spoke to the assistant when picking up the car who promised to pass on my complain

The staff were extremely helpful both on departure and arrival. Lots of good humour.
I feel that the staff need to be given some kind of solid structure to be based in - it was very cold on the day we left and it is unfair to expect them to stand in all-weathers working through the paperwork. As the winter takes hold, the staff will be subjected to awful working conditions.

40 minute wait for car to be returned.Stood waiting with several other customers in the same position. One had been waiting even longer than we had and his car didn't hadn't turned up by the time we left. One man saw his car approaching the car park just as the driver lost his temper with another roaday user. The driver held his hand on the horn, swerved around two card then accelerated agressively towards the next. Not a good advert for Swift especially when within site of the customer.

No reference to change of email log in to print tickets. This should be highlighted on conformation. Change of airport check in times, email received, when arrived earlier no help available & wrong check in desk no’s supplied.

We waited nearly an hour for our car outside the airport and there wasn't even an apology. We rang to say we are coming through the airport and they said say inside the terminal to keep warm and they would ring us 5 minutes before the car was delivered. We eventually went outside to wait in bay 11 as we hadn't heard anything to see many others also waiting. Some had waited an hour or much more.
We were only told there was lots of traffic and there was no update . Not even an apology. When you book this service it should be there as the name implies, meet and greet.
