Only issue was we booked T1 and T3 longstay as at the time of booking (with Jet2) our flight was leaving from T1. However a week to ten days before Jet2 advised we were now leaving from T2 and was too late to change car park.

This is an excellent service.
The directions to the carpark were clear and accurate, the ANPR worked successfully both on arrival and on leaving the carpark.
The short walk to the terminal building is clearly indicated and well-lit.

Car park in a great location for terminals. However when we arrived the bus could not get to all the bus stops because “ a car had parked in the wayâ€. We had to pull our luggage to the nearest bus stop that was in use. When we landed at the airport on our return we waited over half an hour for the bus. The bus took us to the first stop in the car park and the driver advised us†sorry you all have to get off here because a car has parked incorrectly and I can’t get the bus any further. I asked the driver in which direction we should walk to find our car and he pointed in the far corner of the car park. We had to drag our luggage quite a distance, which is not ideal when you are in your mid seventies. Not good enough.

Manchester Airport parking always proves difficult especially when arriving at T1/T3 long stay as it’s never clear where spaces are, made more so now by the current new build that’s taking up more space. They also don’t have enough signage to tell passengers that the pick up bus ONLY collects now from stop 12, which is some way from all the other stop, so ended up walking from stop to stop.

I was charged an extra £20 for a few hours because my flight was delayed due to no fault of mine. I appreciate the rate is £20 per day after your allotted time but to charge this much for a few hours is too much. I have been a regular visitor to you car parks but I Will seriously consider wether to book with you again.

Easy to enter and exit, with free shuttle bus. Price reasonable for duration of stay.
Difficulty finding a space in car park. Should be some way to easily see where spaces are. Drove round for ages up and down aisles before finding a space.
However, car safe and no problems.

There's significant building works going on around Manchester airport at the moment which meant that the directions provided by holiday extras were incorrect. However we we aware of this and knew the general direction we were going.
Also be aware that the T1/T3 long stay car park is being redeveloped and the transfer buses now don't travel to half of the car park.

i have used parking on a number of occasions . I always pay extra incase of flight delay...This time it happened..I paid my exit fee at the gate ,kept my receipt.
2 days later I emailed with my boarding details for the delayed flight & also picture of my receipt for car park...My refund was in my account within days.

Easy entry with ANPR, space found within 10 minutes, bus transfers poor, bus didn't stop at the stop near where we parked, so we had to walk to the terminal.
Transfer back was slow, and again, bus wouldn't drop us at the bus stops closest to the car.
Would consider alternatives next time.

I booked the long stay car park at Manchester Airport, a service I have been using without issue for several years. However the car park has been reduced in size and on my arrival there were no spaces in the car park, I drove around for nearly 30 minutes looking for a space or someone to leave.
I had to complain at the barrier and was directed to go to the mid stay car park. On departure yesterday the barrier wanted me to pay £160, I was able to sort this out using the intercom but it was not a good experience.
Something needs to be done to manage the capacity of the car park.

We got into the car park no problem. It is so near the Terminal we walked in. On our return the barrier would not let us out but we reversed and went to the exit next to it and that one worked. It seemed expensive for 3 days but compared favourably with other car parks.

could do with a little better signage to find the car park. Gate opened automatically opened for us so the number plate recognition is great. Work going on in the car park means that floor directions can be confused with the portable signs with your direction around the park. No issues with the transfers from the car park to the airport. Great service overall.

Struggled to find a space, took over 20 minutes to find one and then had to wait a further 15 minutes for the bus. After we returned from our holiday, we had to wait 20 minutes outside T1 for a bus to take us back to where our car was parked.

I booked parking at the T1/T3 Long Stay Car Park at Manchester Airport for this week, arriving at 1pm on Tuesday. Upon arrival there were no spaces AT ALL within the car park, and after driving around for approximately 15 minutes (there were no staff, and no contact details of anyone to ask for further advice) I - along with two other cars - ended up parking in the only available spaces which were the Priority Spaces, risking a £20 a day fine for doing so. Upon returning back yesterday, I did not have any ticket or clamp, but I am still not sure as to whether I have incurred this fine, which would be wholly unacceptable. You should not be able to make bookings for a car park (costing over £50) if the car park is full and has no spaces available.

Location was v good but the bus service, supposedly every 10 minutes, was not. We had to wait for almost 25 mins. The frequency of the busses was a key factor in booking the car park. Also, having pre-paid for the car park we had to call for assistance to be allowed to leave.
