Easy to book and reasonable price, however, when trying to leave the car park the machine did not recognise my number plate and asked for £72 . Luckily, help was at hand via the barrier machine and sorted quickly.

Long term parking at Manchester airport, T1 T3. The barrier did not raise as expected when I arrived. Spoke through intercom and was issued a token. This worked on exit. Added bonus, was told by courtesy bus driver that if my car did not start, there is a 'jump start' service. Happily, not required.

Only booked car parking at Manchester T1/T3 this time.
All worked OK except that the camera couldn't read the reg. plate as I had forgotten to clear the snow off of it! Hey-ho! The nice man soon sorted me out and we were on our way - thanks!

We were 30 mins over our booked time due to a delay with baggage handling. The car was also frozen solid due to the snow. Pressed the call button and the operator lifted the barrier so no problem at all. Always use this car park. Have never had any issues.

Booked with yourselves via our Aga Rewards website and purchased the extra cost for if we were delayed. We were delayed and had to spend an extra day out of the country before we could get a flight back into the UK. Even though we were within the 24 extra hrs allowed, we still had to pay the car park fee of £20, which was almost £40.

The system did not recognise us as we left the car park but staff were helpful and we were quickly on our way.
A map showing the pedestrian route to the long stay at manchester would have been helpful as traffic was completely jammed causing a 40 minute delay waiting for and on the shuttle bus.

Stayed at Terminal 1 & 3 long stay. Was a similar price to JetParks and nearer to the terminal. Less transfer time, bus pretty frequent

my only complaint is that for the second time my licence plate was not recognised and the v=barcode would not scan. it was early morning so it took a good 5 minutes for someone to answer the help button by which time I had pressed for a token as I was running late.
this added to the inconvenience on departure as I had to one again press the help button and get the barrier lifted to exit. the lady did answer immediately on the departure date though.

Car park was well signposted and was close to the airport. There were buses in waiting on arrival and departure so we were away quickly. The only issue was it took us a while to find a space, open zone carpark would be better than park anywhere. Would use again

Once again, the car park did not recognise my car registration, consequently I had to go through the usual rigmarole of trying to get the bar code reader to read the booking form (which once again it didn't). It then produced a token which when deposited in the machine on trying to leave the car park wanted to charge me over £100. The one good note was that the operative was very courteous and helpful.

I booked a car park place with you.
After our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day we were told we would still have to pay an extra £20 for the extra day our car was there despite ringing them& telling them as soon as we were informed by EasyJet.

Everyone and everything in our hotel were superb. The welcome was as warm and comfortable as the wonderful real fires throughout the building. Food was truly excellent and tremendous value for money. We could not find fault with our stay.
