This car park is in an area of construction with badly surfaced roads to the site, lots of puddles/flooding when it rains for you to push your suitcase through and very badly lit at night.

I arrived at Manchester long stay 2 park, and the barrier did not raise up. The machine did not appear to detect my car number plate. I had to reverse causing other customers inconvenience, and take out a paper copy of the parking instructions from my case. I was able to enter the car park once the machine recognised the bar code. On my return from holiday, I attempted to leave the car park, but again the barrier did not raise up. I pressed the telephone button to speak to an operator but there was no response, the phone just kept ringing out. Again I had to reverse and to find the paper bar code. Suddenly the barrier went up and I was able to leave the car park. On both occasions the number plate recognition system did not work. It was not that I came in a different car to that I had registered with you. Very poor. (Car reg MT66 HRA)

We have never used the car parks before, so were quite worried about it before our holiday. We found our car park easily as it was very well signed, lots of spaces and the bus service to the tetmnal was very accessible and buses came every 10 minutes or so! We would defiantly use the car parks again as it was a pleasant start to our holiday!

We had an early morning flight, needed to be checked in by 3:30am, everything went smoothly, had no problem finding the carpark, upon arrival the barriers went up automatically using car number plates as recognition, bus arrived promptly, we did take pics of which block we were parked in and which bus stop we used. We arrived back approx 15:30pm and once again bus was prompt, encountered no difficulties. We have used the car parking facilities around Manchester airport for several years now and would highly recommend but would also suggest that with the ongoing building works and road changes that you should always do a trial run.

I have booked car parking at Manchester Airport with you 3 times this year and find it very good my only gripe is the car parks especially long stay terminal 2 is very poorly sign posted would be better if there were more signs, I realise their is a lot of building work In progress, perhaps this will improve when completed. First time I have used the Long Stay Car Park at Terminal 2, thought the transfer bus was unreasonably slow as we waited 25 minutes on arrival at airport and approx 20 minutes on departure, thought bus transfers from Terminal 2 Long Stay Car Park were every 10 minutes?

We booked long stay parking at MAN T2 for a week. We followed the signs, the barrier recognised the number plate in and out, found a space and caught the bus to the terminal. Very easy.

Despite construction work on going at Manchester we found the car park easily with the instructions given. Waited only a few minutes for transfer bus to and from the airport and the journey just a few minutes travel to the terminal

Arrived at the car park barrier where barrier opened with car registration plate I provided. Parked up with plenty of spaces and within 5 mins a bus arrived to take me to airport. Journey took between 5-10 mins on bus because it was that close. On my way home waited about 15mins for a bus as I just missed one and again journey was same time. On leaving barrier lifted with no problems recognising my registration plate.

Entrance to the car park was fine.
We waited a lot longer than the advertised 10 minutes for a Coach,probably 30 mns.
On the return journey I’m sorry but we found the attitude of the drivers very sullen and quite rude.
The driver of our coach pulled up at the stop outside the airport got off and walked past us without a word. We eventually got our cases on and then the driver went talking to some of his colleagues and smoked a couple of cigarettes without bothering to say that he would be x number of minutes,the Coach was red hot and we had to sit there with no air con on a very hot bus waiting for him to get back in which he did again without a word. We got off at our stop on the car park and again nothing from the driver.
The staff could perhaps take some guidance from the staff in Spain who help as much as they can and engage with people making the experience so much more pleasant.
We will not be using your services next year.

Car park great, exit T2 at Manchester and signs not visible for T2 LS bus stop and given wrong directions dragging my case to T1 where your very helpful T1 driver dropped me off at T2 arrivals bus stop. Could someone rotate bus stop sign 90 degrees so that it faces T2 exit doors

Overall experience was fine. A couple of small problems:
1. Directions to parking were not correct or out of date. I think this might have something to do with the construction work going on at T2 and the road changes.
2. Car was covered in dust when got back presumably due to the above-mentioned nearby construction activities
3. Licence plate recognition did not work when got back (but did when arrived) so had to phone to get the barrier lifted.

Barrier did not recognise our registration. No answer from the help button.
In an effort to scan the bar code, accidentally pressed for a token, which was a worry. Contacted you by live chat during holiday. Told to press the help button on our exit. This was successful and he expunged the £152.00 that was showing as due!! Relieved.
Due to the vast building works at T2, which we had no idea about, the car was much dirtier than usual, on our return and more of a hike to get to and from the terminal (no, we don't use the bus) Will bear this in mind for our next booking.

I dropped my wife at departures, Manchester terminal 2, and drove to the long stay car park. When I parked I had just missed the shuttle bus, so decided to walk to the terminal. This would previously have taken 5 minutes, but with all the building work the direct route was not available. After a few hundred yards I saw another shuttle bus and walked towards it and boardered, not realising that this was the staff bus. Instead of dropping me off at departures, I was taken back to the car park, where I was able to board the next bus. When we returned there was a long wait for the bus, so I believe there is only the one bus going back and forth.

The wait for the bus gwhen we arrived to take us to T2 was completely unacceptable. We waited for over 40mins, 3 buses entered the car park (T2long stay) but none of them did the full circle around the car park to check if there was anyone there to pick up. The 3 buses entered the car park, turned right and down one section of the red car park, then left the car park!! The other 3/4 were completely missed and in the end I had to run to the entrance barrier to stop the 4th bus to ensure they picked us up, where I was greeted by a rude bus driver who was clearly unimpressed having to do the correc circle. The telephone number on the shelters doesn’t work either, it is constantly engaged or dead tone.
The bus coming back was straight forward.

Booked car parking at Manchester airport, everything went smoothly , barrier went up as we approached. The only thing I don't agree with is if you go to the booking page but don't book an email cones with a further discount which should have been done in the first place.
