Need to know

Drive to T2 multi-storey car park and go through the inspection area - this will automatically scan your car and record its condition so you can be sure it'll be returned exactly as you left it. Park your car, use the self-serve machine to drop off your keys and a fully-qualified driver will park your car for you.

Walk the short path to check-in, which takes 3 minutes.

Your car will be brought back to where you were met on arrival on your return.

Accessibility

For wheelchair users or anyone with limited mobility your car will be parked next to the Meet and Greet building.

If you need airport assistance you'll need to arrange it when you book your flight and on the day go to the Meet and Greet office so the special assistance provider can be called to come and meet you.

Security

The car park is secured by:

• Entry and exit barriers
• Fencing
• 'Park Mark" awarded

The small print

Returning to a different terminal? You'll need to make your way back to the terminal you flew from.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £25. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

The car park has luggage trolleys near the arrival lanes - you'll need £1 to use them.

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at the car park

Head to the terminal where you'll find T2 multi-storey East car park. Enter the car park and proceed up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D). Park your car, use the self-serve machine to drop off your keys and a fully-qualified driver will park your car for you while you make the short walk to the terminal.

Returning to the car park

Walk back to the car park and collect your keys from reception. They will let you know where your car is parked.
