Car park had good points was close to terminal. However you need to make signs clearer we ended up in the staff parking and had to get out of car to speak to someone to ask were to park

Badly sign posted. Arrived at 11pm, dark, took me ages to find the car park. Manchester airport has no one anywhere to offer help. Woman travelling alone and landing late at night, not good!

The car park is in a great location for flights from Terminal 3 but I think the signage could be better because I tried to go in the wrong multi-storey car park. Also the number plate recognition didn't work on way in or way out so had to use intercom.

Car parking to terminal signposting extremely poor. Terminal 3 facilities are very very tired. Ridiculous wait for luggage upon our return. Would avoid using Manchester in future!

Wouldn’t let me in or out of the car park and had to press on the call button both occasions for about 5 mins to get a response. Staff were fine when they eventually answered.

The Car park was a fair walk from terminal 3, it had unmade rocky paths and many kerbs did not have drops on them for a luggage trollet making the trip hazardous on the main road with cases. Also the Red zone as indicated did not exist, leaving us to guess the place. Finally car park markings ie one way were very poor. The only positive was ANPR in and out

Slight confusion..... the instructions said on arriving at the Manchester T3mid stay car park, veer right 8nto the Red Zone. There wasn’t a Red Zone. Other than that all good.

The car park itself was easy to find and close to Terminal 3 - a very short walk away. It was a frustrating start to the holiday though as we could not find the red zone. Clearer markings needed.

Good value parking a short walk from terminals one and two.
Unfortunately the number plate recognition did not work for entry or exit which was disappointing.

Easy to find, the only thing it is with in walking distance but when you have suitcases, children and a pushchair, the busy road it is a bit of a struggle to get to the terminal

From the booking process all the wa y through to getting to the car park was faultless. Easy to find from information provided and plenty spaces to park. Must admit I struggled to find the red zone in the dark so just left it in a space and hoped for the best, all was good on the return. Short walk to Terminal 1 which is ideal. Will definately use again and will be booking for November.

Very convenient car parking only 5-6 min walk to Terminal 1 .
Ideal for short stay 2-3 days
But it is VERY EXPENSIVE .

Not Holiday Extras issue entirely but there was no sign posting for parking at Manchester Airport. Initial signage is for either T1 or T3 which was a tad confusing as the instructions say T1/T3. Went for T3 signs & got there in the end & all was fine. Convenient for terminal.

Great car park the only thing that confused me was it said park in the red area ... I couldn’t find a red area so ended up just parking in any bay and hoping for the best :-) would definitely use again and recommend.

Due to the fact that parking spaces were not marked out on the car park it meant spaces on the car park were a struggle to find as people had left large spaces between cars taking up a lot of the room.
Waited nearly half an hour for return bus that was supposed to run every 15 minutes! Saw that buses were parked up on the car park whilst drivers had a chat.

Directions for the car park were not correct due to building work taking place and finding where we should be parking was a real problem. Not good when you have a flight to catch.

This car park was perfect. Cars had allocated spaces and were not crammed in. The car park was a very short walk away from the terminal. Would certainly use this car park again with the above in mind and it was great value for money.

There was no red zone, the directions to terminal 3 could have been better placed and the instructions on where to go to pay in the event of a delayed return would have been helpful. Otherwise all was a promised and went very smoothly.

Number plate recognition didn't work on entry, nor on exit. Therefore had to have fairly lengthy conversations with staff via intercom. They were helpful, but clearly something with the cameras isn't working.

I was concerned when reading the small print on the flight home, that I would be charged extra as I would be at my car after the time I put on when booking. I should have been advised this when booking , then I would have allowed an extra hour for a delayed flight, plus half hour from landing time to get to the car.
