Used holiday extra’s for the car parking at the airport, everything was smooth enough apart from the fact that when booking parking the system presumes that you’re travelling same day, I had to contact customer support to have the day changed. Other than that ok.

My car was broken into while parked at Manchester and not only did you not know, or let me know, or check if the vehicle was secure but on leaving the car park and reporting it at the exit, no-one was bothered either.

Everything went well, the only thing I would have improved on was knowing the pickup time at the hotel, this was a little difficult to find and we were told someone would call us to let us know the time of pickup the day before departure which didn’t happen, I managed to find it by trial and error as well as searching hard through the website

When booking online it said payment was made but I had to telephone as the details couldn’t be shown.
You only offer a premium rate number when phoning.
I don’t phone premium rate numbers out of principle and I wouldn’t have used your company because of that.
You’re selling a service and to give good service you should offer customers various ways on getting into contact.
You shouldn’t make money from premium rate numbers and more customers who give negative feedback on Trust Pilot and other review sites will encourage customers to go elsewhere with the low score.
Only then will cowboy companies listen and act accordingly.

The parking was great, easy to find, park and get to the departure area. The lounge was awful, what a waste of my hard earned money. It was over-booked, under-staffed and over-priced. At one point I heard the manager move a member of staff from cleaning to the kitchen with the comment "fast, fast, fast, speed over quality" The food was in short supply and average at best, the seating was average and the poor staff looked harried and at one point following a telling-off form the manager, close to tears

Parking was not a problem at all and the carpark is close to the terminal building. The barriers opened automatically on number plate recognition which has not always been the case in the past. It is refreshing to have hassle free parking at a busy airport.

Everything went smoothly in that even when our flights were delayed the driver we had booked as part of our package came back for us. The hotel was brilliant and as described. Just had a problem with noise in the room but that is beyond your control.
