Individual spaces need marking to assist car location on return.
Why do you have to visit park office before leaving as this was not the case last time I used the facility?
Would only use the facility if these issues were resolved!

Web site is good, no ticket for car parking on arrival which meant I couldn't leave without going to the control hut, which athrs is not what I wanted.

No problem finding a parking space and bus stops are very close by and run very regular. You can walk to the checkin if you like but it’s very easy to jump on the bus

Arrived at car park, parked car, caught bus to terminal. On return, as the weather was fine, we walked from the terminal back to the car. Definitely recommend, no issues at all.

No problems entering car park and straight forward catching bus to terminal, last year had to cancel booking because of health issues, the car park fee returned with no problems good to deal with this company.

On departure from car park the ticket was rejected twice saying there was a payment due of £98+ and to go to the cash payment kiosk to resolve it.a queue behind and very embarrassing.not good at all

The booking was fine. Couldn't find the car for ages on return, the West car park at Newcastle airport, has no numbers or letters on rows and it was nearly full. At least this time our exit ticket was ok, last time my ticket was refused despite being well within the booked time. The airpor could certainly improve.

Everything went very smoothly. We had no problems getting into the park and the bus came within two minutes. Again coming back the bus was with us within five minutes and we were taken directly to our car. Very efficient.

The signs to the car park were confusing. I got the distinct impression there were no buses and you had to call for one. Pedestrian signs were scarce from the overspill. Never saw any staff.

The postcode you gave for the sat nav took us to completely the wrong place- probably about a mile or more away. It took us to a no entry road. Had to double back and follow road signs for the airport.
