Horrendus! Got a email to indicate that Long stay was getting rebranded and signs would be there to direct us! There was no signs took us over 40mins to find the correct car park after speaking to numerous people onsite & attempted to call your Contact Centre on which told me this was an incorrect number & to re-dial on non free phone number! What on earth is going on!?!? A not happy customer 1 bit!!

We arrived at car park 3 in good time on Tuesday morning to find the car park closed and a sign to go to another one in upper level. It took us a while to figure out exactly where to go. As there was no traffic around it was easier to search for this. Had it been very bust though things would have been very different.

you confirmed booking via email a few days before arrival date but did not tell me that car park 3 was shut. At 3.30 in the morning I was then trying to find the upper level of the short stay car park. I phoned your help line number and that failed as your phones at not manned 24 hours. I ended up using the short stay intercom to get directions to the upper level (which you cant see from the ground floor in the dark) Other than that point booking was fine.

We originally booked the longstay carpark but on arrival were given a free upgrade to the shortstay carpark. Staff were helpful, everything went to plan and would definitely book again.

when we got there the car park was closed for refurbishment, even though we had been advised by email a couple of days earlier that this would now be the car park that we would be using. Very frustrating to be driving around trying to locate were to go just before a flught.

We arrived at 4am went to wrong barrier, spoke to a rather cheeky man who let us through but didn't advise us that the long stay car park was being renovated. We drove to the long stay car park only to find it was closed and had to drive back to the first car park, spoke to the same man again when was cheeky again!

Everything went smoothly barrier system with number plate recognition made it very easy just drive to barrier and it opens without having to do anything

It took about 10 minutes before my number plate was recognised on way into car park and I had to use telephone to obtain exit from car park. Had expected to drive up to barrier and obtain immediate entrance and exit as has been the case in other car park facilities at airports

When we drove to car park at expecting barrier to lift due to “number plate recognition†it didn’t rise and we had to press intercom only to be told that they had not received our booking from you! Eventually they supplied a ticket which we had to get validated before leaving (which didn’t need validating???) and battier would lift and guess what it didn’t!!! Had to contact them again-what a carry on so definitely won’t be using again!!
