Easy to find carpark and right on doorstep of airport. No fuss scans your regi plate and then you find a space, same when leaving!

The sign posting is terrible, we did not know if we had arrived at the correct location.there is nothing around to say this is car park 3. Also Sat nav could not find the location with postcode as it does not exist. Not a good start for our holiday.

We found the car park easily, drove straight through and parked at the far end, we didn't speak to any staff. You could put in signs to mark the rows.

Parking was straightforward gate lifted as we approached it found a space bit of looking as car park was full but no major probs did not have any contact with staff so can't say anything about them but yes I would have no problems using this car park again

This is the 3Rd time we have parked here and it's always so easy. Camera recognises the reg number and the barrier lifts. This also happens when leaving. Was parking a larger vehicle this time and plenty of suitable parking spaces available

Parking facilities were perfect. The technology waslrjed perfectly too. Drive in, drive out. Perhaps a text reassuring your customers are safe to depart automatically even if the flight is delayed, would be like the icing on the cake. Very happy with your services. Thanks.

On trying to leave the car park on our return, your blurb told me to press a button on the top left corner of the ticket machine. The only problem was that there was no button in the top left corner, and it took 15 minutes for someone to answer the intercom. By this time the queue behind me had grown considerably and was becoming very irate. Not a pleasant experience.
