My only concern was being sure of a parking space at Prestwick Airport as I didn't think I would get one as car park seemed pretty full on arrival.

When we arrived we were informed we had been ungraded to park at the airport. We can only described this as a bonus. Everything went smoothly and without any problems, the same applies to our visit to collect car. Great service! Thank you

The car park was closed and no one informed me of this. I had to go out my way to arrive at a empty car park before being told just to head to airport and park there. A simple call to let me know would have resolved any problems.

I HAVE USED WATSONS TWICE PREVIOUSLY AND WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDED, HOWEVER ON THIS OCCASSION I WAS GREETED WITH THE NEWS MY FRIENDS AND I HAD BEEN GIVEN A FREE UPGRADE. I LATER DISCOVERED THIS INVOLVED PARKING AT AN ALTERNATIVE CAR PARK AND TRANSPORTING OUR LUGGAGE 200 METRES IN THE RAIN BY OURSELVES (REPEATING THE PROCESS ON OUR RETURN). WATSONS USUAL SERVICE TRANSPORTS YOU AND YOUR BAGS TO OUTSIDE THE AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING, NO REASON WAS GIVEN FOR OUR SUPPOSED FREE UPGRADE BUT IT WAS CLEARLY A HINDRANCE WHICH I WILL NOT ACCEPT AGAIN. THIS IS THE REASON FOR MY LOW APPRAISAL.

Larger signage for Car Park would be appreciated on the road, we arrived at Car Park very early in the morning, and passed the site.upgraded to Car park across from Airport which was great on return.

Staff were fantastic. We got upgraded to short stay terminal at prestwick as no driver at Watsons. Was dealt with quickly and efficiently although i do question whether a female should be in the watson's office at 3am alone.

Watson car park is no problem always book they. However due to drivers not turning up was transfered to long stay carpack which was good of watsons but would never pay the extra to park there!!!!!

Not too happy about the 'upgrade' to the long sray carpark, obviously as a result of double booking. We had to park at the back of this car park and then had a substantial walk with cases. This was only difficult as i have a problem with my foot, but we bot given any other options and only knew about the change when we arrived at watsons car park.

Staff helpful. Were transferred to long stay at airport. Fortunately we know the area but at 05.00 hours it was not the best start. The only spaces available were at the far end of car park. Again very lucky that the weather was dry at arrival and departure otherwise it would have been very unpleasant

We were upgraded to the airport long stay car park due to a shortage of drivers. There was quite a long walk to the airport and luckily the weather was dry.
