Couldn't have been a smoother meet and greet both ways. Both drivers were on time, courteous and had friendly interaction. It was my first time but certainly won't be the last.

In the small print you say call the airport 20 minutes ahead This is encouraging using a phone when driving alone and especially in very wet and damp conditions. At Southampton it is not possible to pull over on a motorway. No presence at airport resulting in double charges Other airports I use like Gatwick do not request this. Nico Inconsistent service, I have sent a mail to customer support

Yes all went smoothly. Having to ring 20 minutes before arrival is difficult as you do not know how long is is going to take. Short term car park is convenient and may be a cheaper option.

Need to be careful with timing on arrival. We didn't initially know where to park when we arrived and couldn't find your rep so ended up exceeding the 10 min rule. Paid small amount extra, no big hassle. Return was v smooth and timely.

good afternoon, i arrived at Southampton airport parked my car and on my return i put the ticket in the barrier and was charged an additional £124.00 as my ticket was not recognised. i have spoken to a most delightful lady who has given me the email to arrange for my monies to be paid back. i await a reply but at the moment i am not to impressed. i have been a regular and loyal customer of holiday extras so i do expect a positive response.
