Excellent service but the only snag with the whole setup is this annoying 5 minute limit in the short stay car park and the £4.50 penalty if you go over the 5 minutes. This created stress when we got there as were not sure whether to enter the short stay car park (having phoned ahead earlier). Suggestion: why don't your 'meet and greet' guys wait OUTSIDE the short stay car park - we saw guys in luminous jackets inside the car park but were hesitant to enter because of this 5 minute penalty. In the end we took the chance and entered....but the experience was unsettling at the start of our holiday.
