Benidorm Nudist Beaches

Benidorm and the Costa Blanca have got some of the finest naturist beaches in Europe, and an open, friendly environment in which to enjoy them. Take a peek at our guide to the best in and around Benidorm.

Ti Ximo Cove

You don't have to venture far from Benidorm's buzzing centre to find a quiet and beautiful nudist beach. Nestled between cliffs at the bottom of the Sierra Helada natural park is Ti Ximo Cove, and the pristine sands of Playa Cala Almadrava. Although not an official naturist beach, it is popular among the community because of it's peaceful setting, which feels a world away from the hubbub of Levante Beach just along the coast. You can walk from the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm, it takes about 30 minutes and is over rocky, sometimes tricky terrain, so the route is not recommended for visitors who are unsteady on their feet. The exercise is worth it when you are greeted by secluded and relaxing sand and beautiful azure water.

There is a lifeguard on duty, and the cove itself is fantastic for swimming and snorkelling, due to being unrestricted by watersports. The seabed is pretty rocky, so it's a good idea to bring along sea shoes and something to protect your skin if you fancy taking a dip.

One last tip for enjoying Ti Ximo and Almadrava, get in early to stake your claim to a spot, the beach is quite small and very popular, especially amongst locals who come here for peace and quiet, so the beach fills up quickly.

La Solside

Outside Benidorm, up the coast towards Caple, is the highly rated La Solside. This isolated, rocky beach is a very quiet spot, perfect for getting some r & r away from the crowds of Benidorm.

Again, there is a bit of a trek on foot to get to the beach, and once there, there are no amenities, so take a picnic along with you if you want to spend the day.

Calalga

This one is a bit further afield, in the lovely town Calpe, about half an hour's drive up the coast from Benidorm, but if you're looking for total seclusion and peace then it's worth the trip. Calalga is a quiet cove in which you will possibly find yourself the only visitor, and certainly will not be surrounded by large crowds - just you and fantastic views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea.

This beach is a mixture of sand, gravel and rock, so it's worth taking a towel and some cushioning along to get the most enjoyment out of your day here.
