So, how does it work?

As soon as you've made your booking, we'll send you an email confirmation. This will contain your booking reference, show the name of your car hire provider as well as where to locate the car hire desk if you're collecting your rental minibus from your destination airport or the address if you've opted for another location.

A word about insurance

Our vehicle hire agreements all include a collision damage waiver. This means that you won't be charged any more than your excess should your rental minibus be damaged.

Here are Holiday Extras, we do the hard work so you can get on with the important things: enjoying your holiday. Another of our excellent hassle-free products is our total protection insurance. This will give you peace of mind, should the worst happen, and your 7 or 9 seater hire car be damaged or involved in an accident. • Cover for any immobilisation, admin and towing charges

When you arrive - picking up your minibus hire vehicle

If you're collecting your minibus rental from your destination airport, then head to the provider's desk in the Arrivals hall. Here, a member of the rental company's team will meet you and take a few minutes to check through the paperwork for the minibus rental with you. There will be some forms for you to complete before you receive the keys.

As part of the handover process, the hire company will also run through the fuel policy with you. Your confirmation will also detail whether there is any mileage limit in the agreement.

Please ensure you are carrying all of the following with you when you pick up your rental minibus:

• Printed email confirmation for each of your journeys
• A full driving licence
• Credit card in the lead driver's name, with the full deposit amount available
• A valid DVLA code
• A valid passport

When it's time to go home

When the final day of your holiday arrives, please remember to check your booking confirmation for details of where to return your rental vehicle to. Before you hand your minibus or 7 seater hire car back, it will be inspected by one of the rental car provider's team.
