Once you've made your car hirebooking, we will email you a confirmation. This will contain your booking reference, as well as details of your car hire provider and where to find the car hire desk when you arrive at your destination. If you're picking up your rental car from Tenerife Airport, then the location of the appropriate car hire desk will also be provided in your confirmation.

On arrival - collecting your hire car in Tenerife
When you arrive to collect your rental car in Tenerife - whether from Tenerife South Airport (TFS) or another pick up location, then make your way to the car hire provider's desk where a member of the team will explain the paperwork for the car rental agreement with you. You need to complete these forms before you will be given the keys to your car. You will also be reminded of the fuel policy for the hire car and how much fuel it needs to be returned with, as well as whether there is any mileage limit within the agreement.
You need to ensure you have the following with you when you pick up your hire car:
- Printed email confirmation for each of your journeys
- A full driving licence
- Credit card in the lead driver's name, with the full deposit amount available
- A valid DVLA code
- A valid passport
What to do on your return
Details of where you need to return your hire car to will be included on your booking confirmation. When you drop the car off, it will need to be checked over by a member of the car hire company's team before you can head off.
