Getting to the airport:
The Crowne Plaza is around 10 minutes from Short Stay, where you'll be met by your Butterfly driver. From there you can walk to check-in in 2 minutes.
Check in from 2pm and check out by 12 noon.
Parking:
Overnight parking at the hotel is included in the price.
On the day of your flight drive to the Short Stay car park, 10 minutes away. Meet your Butterfly driver here and they will park your car while you walk to check-in.
You'll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park. You'll be required to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If your car leaves within 30 minutes of arriving at the car park, you'll be required to pay an exit fee of £8.00. After this it will be £5.00 for every 5 minutes.

On the day of your stay:
Drive to the hotel - your confirmation email will include driving directions and a postcode for satnavs. Overnight parking is included.
Getting from the hotel to the airport:
Check out of the hotel and drive to the Short Stay car park, where you will meet the driver from Butterfly Meet and Greet at the Short Stay car park.
Hand over your keys and the car will be parked for you while you're away. Then, it's a short walk to the terminal.
Coming home:
Once you've collected your luggage give the car park a call and they will meet you where you were met on arrival.
You'll also be given a ticket so you can exit the car park. You'll be required to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50.
