Arrival at EasyHotel Parking
When you arrive at easyHotel Parking, park in any one of the free bays and head to reception with your booking confirmation. You'll need to let the hotel know your registration number when you check in your car, so it's a good idea to have it to hand just in case.
Then, just take your keys and catch your transfer to the terminal.
You can book a taxi to any of the terminals 24 hours a day, which will cost between £10-£20, depending on the size of vehicle and the terminal you're going to, plus an extra £2.90 for the drop-off, if you speak to the hotel's reception. There's also the option of getting London bus 140, which is cheaper at just £2.40 per person; it will have less space for luggage though, and doesn't pick up right outside the hotel entrance. The bus runs 24 hours a day, every 10 to 15 minutes.

Arriving at the car park:
Drive to easyHotel and park your car. We’ll give you full driving directions in your confirmation email. When you arrive, show your booking confirmation to reception, then make your way to the airport.
You have two ways to get to the airport:
The number 140 bus goes the the airport from a stop near the hotel, but there’s not much room for luggage on board. It costs £2.40 per person, and runs every 10-15 minutes 24 hours a day.
Or you can take a taxi. Reception at the hotel will be able to recommend a good cab company. It’ll costs between £10 and £15 and take 10-15 minutes to reach your terminal.
Returning to the car park:
When you return make your way back to the hotel by bus or taxi, and pick up your car from the hotel’s car park.
On your return to EasyHotel Parking
When you get back, just arrange a taxi back to the hotel.
