The parking procedure couldn't be easier. On your arrival your numberplate will be read and recognised by the barrier, which will raise to allow entry. Once you've found a space, park your car and hop on one of the Orange Long Stay 2 and 3 transfer buses to your terminal. With secure fencing, CCTV and 24-hour patrols, you'll be able to relax in the knowledge that your car is parked safe and sound in one of these award-winning car parks. And when you return from your holiday, just head back to the bus stop outside the terminal for a speedy transfer back to the car park.

Arrival at Good To Go Park And Ride T2 & T3
The car park has automatic number plate recognition, so make sure you give us your car registration number when you book.
Take a ticket at the barrier, which will lift automatically. Keep this ticket.
When you've found a space, make a note of the zone and row you've parked in on your ticket along with the nearest bus stop. Then, just wait at the bus stop for the transfer bus. Transfers between 23:30 and 04:00 run when needed only, so if you need to get from the car park to the airport between these times, use the yellow intercom phone at the car park bus stops and the transfer bus will come and get you.
If you want to get to terminals 4 or 5, you just need to hop on the free underground service from terminals 2 or 3.
Getting to and from Heathrow airport
Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park. The barrier will scan your number plate and open to let you in.
Choose a space and park. You keep your keys so your car will stay where you leave it while you’re away.
When it’s time to leave, board the Orange Long Stay 2 and 3 shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs every 10-12 minutes takes 15 to reach the terminal.
Returning to the car park:
After you land catch the bus from where it dropped you off and head back to the car park.
Pick up your car and drive home. The barriers will open automatically for you.
On your return to Good To Go Park And Ride T2 & T3
You'll need to catch the transfer bus back from the terminal.
From Terminal 2: As you leave the terminal, look for signs to the Long Stay car park, Bus stop 6. Follow these signs to the ground floor where you'll see Bus stop 6 and can catch the transfer bus back to the car park.
From Terminal 3: Bus stop 16. Follow signs for bus stops 16-22 out of the terminal. Bus stop 16 will be in front of you.
Once you get to the car park, if your ticket says 'cashier' on it, you'll need to take it to the customer services office opposite bus stop 6, by the exit, so they can validate it for you. You'll need to leave your car where it is as there are no spaces outside the office. Collect your car and, at the exit barrier, insert your ticket. The barrier will lift automatically. Turn right out of the car park to leave the airport.
To transfer to the terminal, you'll need the orange Long stay 2 and 3 transfer bus. To request a pick up during off-peak periods, use the Yellow courtesy courtesy phone and dial 656272 or call 020 8745 to let the car park know which terminal you are at.
You can't cancel or amend this package once you've booked it.
The buses have low floors and space to accommodate wheelchairs. The Airport Help Bus, a special bus designed for passengers with mobility problems or a lot of luggage, is also available, but you need to request it in advance.
You must provide the car park with your vehicle details and flight information before you arrive.
There are no height restrictions, although the largest vehicles the car park can accommodate are transit-type vans or 16-seater minibuses. If a vehicle takes more than one space, the car park may charge for two spaces.
To transfer to the terminal, you'll need the orange Long stay 2 and 3 transfer bus. If you need it between off-peak times (23:30 and 04:00), just use the yellow intercom phone at the bus stops to request a pick up.
The car park is closed for arrivals between 00:00 and 04:00.
