Parking at London City Airport may seem like a costly option, but we do our bit to bring you discounts here at Holiday Extras with the Greet and Go Meet and Greet Service.

We've selected this service, operated by Butterfly Parking, for it's so convenient. You just need to drive into the terminal car park (taking a ticket at the barrier) and meet your Butterfly driver. They will then transfer your car to their nearby secured car park for the duration of your trip. When you return, they will bring your car back to you, so you can head home without delay!

Avoid the hassle of buses with Greet and Go.

Need to know

Call the car park when you're about 20 minutes away to let them know you're on your way. This is important as if your car spends too long at the car park you may receive a fine.

Once you arrive at the airport, drive to the On-site car park (previously the Long Stay). You'll get to a barrier where you need to take a ticket. Drive in and park in a space. A uniformed Greet and Go driver will meet you and take your keys and the ticket from the barrier.

Unload your luggage and walk to check-in, a 3-5 minute walk away.

After you've landed in the UK, call Greet and Go to let them know you're back. Pick up your luggage and walk back to the On-site car park where a driver will meet you with your car.

You'll receive a ticket so you can exit the car park - you'll need to pay an exit fee. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If it leaves within 30 minutes, you'll need to pay £8.00. After this it's £5.00 for every 5 minutes.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

Security

While you're away your car will be parked at a secured Park Mark awarded site.

The small print

The car park is open from 5am - 10pm Monday - Friday and 11am - 10pm on Sunday. You can only drop off your car within these times. You cannot drop off or collect your car on Saturdays as the car park is closed.

There is a height restriction of 2m and width restriction of 2.5m at the car park.

Your car must be in legal roadworthy condition with full insurance, road tax and MOT otherwise you may be liable for extra costs paid by the car park.

On return you'll need to show your booking confirmation, ticket and pay any parking charges or the car park may not be able to return your car to you. You must report any damage to your vehicle before you leave.

You'll need to arrive as close to your booked time as possible. In extreme cases, if you're more than 20 minutes late, you may be charged a £30 waiting fee. It's important that you call Greet and Go 20 minutes before you arrive at the airport to avoid any extra charges.

EXIT FEES:

On your return you'll need to pay an exit fee to leave the car park. If your car leaves within 10 minutes of it arriving at the car park the fee is £3.50. If it leaves within 30 minutes, you'll need to pay £8.00. After this it's £5.00 for every 5 minutes.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
