What food and drink is included?
When you're searching for an airport lounge you'll be able to see a food and drink menu. If the lounge is able to cater for dietary requirements we'll also give you that menu too.
Are children allowed in the lounge?
It depends on the lounge. Make sure you include the number of children in your search and we'll only show you the lounges suitable for little ones.
What if I need to go back and make a change?
You can, with Flextras. Flextras gives you maximum flexibility, so that if your plans have to change, you don't have to worry.

Free Cancellation
Our smartest choice is our fully flexible Free Cancellation product. You can amend or cancel up to your booked arrival time and if you do need to cancel, you'll be issued a voucher for the full value of the booking so you can re-book any holiday extra (from hotel to parking, from car hire to fast track security) when your plans have been rearranged. If you'd like a cash refund, we can organise one for you within 14 days of the voucher being issued.
Saver
Our Saver option is a great choice if you're on a budget. You can still amend or cancel up to your booked arrival time and you'll still get a voucher for the full amount. The only difference here, and the reason you'll save some money, is that you can't get a cash refund and the voucher must be used to rebook the same product when you rearrange your trip.
