Need to know

Follow the signs to passenger drop off and meet your driver close to the terminal, a short walk to check-in. Your car will then be brought back here for your return.

This package is more expensive than I Love Meet and Greet, as it includes an exterior car wash.

Accessibility

This service is suitable for customers with limited mobility, as a shuttle bus is not required.

The small print

Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry. Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to another terminal free of charge.

Early or late? If you park any longer than booked you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £10 per day, which is subject to change.

Your car will be stored in tarmacked, open-aired secured site, up to 8 miles from the airport.

All airport fees are included.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 9 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Getting to and from airport

Arriving at Airport

When you're 10 minutes away from Gatwick, call the car park to let them know you're on your way.

Follow the signs to the North Terminal, heading towards the Approved Operators' lane.

For the South terminal follow the overhead signs to the Approved Operator area. You'll find this located at the far-end of the former passenger drop-off area.

The driver will be waiting for you here. You'll need to give them your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.

From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while a professional driver parks your car in a secured car park.

Returning to Airport

Once you've collected your luggage, give I Love Valet Parking a call to let them know you're ready.

Head to the same drop-off area as you were met on arrival, where you'll be greeted by your driver and your car will be given back to you.

At their discretion, I Love Valet Parking will give you up until midnight on the date you have booked to collect your car. If you go into the next day you will be charged £10 per day.
