Unfortunately everything didn’t go smoothly, the private transfer that I booked with you wasn’t waiting for me at the airport and I was left waiting for them for around an hour, on the back from the hotel to the airport, they were also around 20 minutes late picking me up, the coming is called east coast limousines

Ok for the price paid considering that all drinks were free and there was a basic food offering.
Staff were courteous and friendly.
The lounge itself was tired looking and is in need of a refresh. It got extremely busy towards mid day.
I much prefer the option at the other terminals but this is not available at T2.

Lounge was reasonably comfortable with a selection of drinks and snacks. We were allocated somewhere to sit rather than being able to choose our own seating which we found strange as the lounge was only half full when we arrived- it was completely full later.
Main concern was really with Holiday Extras rather than the lounge itself - I had paid for additional “flight delay� insurance to allow us to remain in the lounge but when our flight was delayed we were told by the lounge staff that this wasn’t possible as they were fully booked. I feel this insurance was mis-sold as it does not provide any “insurance “ for delays.

Upon arrival I was infirmed that the food I was expecting, good old bacon and eggs has been replaced by pasta and sweetcorn. Had I know I would not have booked. Should have been advised at ponit of booking.
I will be requesting a refund!

The staff were friendly & helpful, but the hot food choice for breakfast was very limited. Plenty of cold food, but most of us wanted a proper breakfast, so I think it worked out expensive based on what we got. Nice to have a table reserved so that we knew we had a proper table to eat at.

Arrived in lounge warm welcome seated straight away went up for food several choices unfortunately nothing in most of the food stations hot or cold staff we’re asked to replenish but took more than a couple of times of asking for this to happen all that said food was good staff good would use again but maybe a different lounge

When we arrived at Aspire Lounge, we were told that they were full. What exactly did we pay for?
After queueing for nearly 30 minutes, and a few families leaving, we were ushered to a dirty table that had just been vacated.
Then there was no food, as all the staff were busy trying to seat the queue of new arrivals so hadn’t replenished food.
Basically £80 plus to sit at a dirty table for 45 minutes without refreshments.
THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR.
However, last time I complained about a service I had booked through you (Park & Ride at Gatwick, Christmas) your response was rude and denied there was an issue.
I WILL NOT BE BOOKING SERVICES THROUGH YOU AGAIN.
