Airline website offers hotels

Italy's second largest airline has revealed that it has singed a deal with Expedia Private Label to offer customers the ability to book hotels and destination services on the airline's website.

Air One operates a number of flights around Europe, including a services between London City Airport and Italy.

Now passengers will have access to 80,000 hotels worldwide via the airline's website and these people will also be able to benefit from Expedia Private Label's market-leading inventory, customer services and expertise in private label packaging.

"We are used to offer competitive flight prices to all our destinations but we can now also offer our customers better hotel deals and improved choice," explained Claudio Balzarini, Air One's sales vice president.

Roberto Abbondio, the business development director at Expedia Private Label, added: "Expedia Private Label will enable Air One to complete the user experience.

"With market-leading prices, a fantastic range of offers and great customer service, Air One can ensure that every customer has an enjoyable site experience and a successful trip."

Air One flies from London City Airport to two destinations in Italy, Rome and Milan.
