Booking and drop off recommended, apart from Luton level 3 to terminal is a mess. Return, had to wait 15mins for the car to reach the pick up area. After driving away realised the steering wheel was filthy, had to stop and clean.

Need to know:
Call the car park before you arrive at the airport and they'll be there waiting for you in the Terminal car park 1.
A specialist driver will take your car to their secured car park while you make your way to the terminal, it's around a 3-4 minute walk.
Accessibility:
Because the ground around the car park is uneven, we recommend choosing one of our other, more easily accessible car parks if you have limited mobility.

Important Information:
Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, buses to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times. Peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 4am and 9am, 1pm and 3pm and 5pm and 7pm on other days.The small print:
There's a height restriction of 2.1 metres at the car park. The car park will cover your exit fees for up to 15 minutes. If you are delayed getting to the driver for longer than this you will need to pay £7. This charge will increase the longer the wait.

Arriving at the car park:
Give the car park a call when you're around 40 minutes from the airport - the number for them will be on your booking confirmation.
Park in the Terminal car park 1 in the Off-site Meet and Greet area - make sure you press for a ticket at the barrier. Give your ticket and your car keys to the Swift Meet and Greet driver. They'll then move your car to their secured car park so you can walk to the terminal - it's takes 3-4 minutes. Please note the car park has a 2.1 metre height restriction.
Returning to the car park:
While you're waiting for your luggage call the car park on the number on your booking confirmation. Your car will be brought back to the Terminal car park 1 while you make your way outside.
