How do I book an accessible room?

How is a family room laid out?

The family room layout will differ according to each hotel. Family rooms usually consist of two double beds or one double bed and a double sofa bed.

What time can I check-in to my hotel?

The check-in time of each hotel will vary. Visit our page on hotels near LEGOLAND to find out more about our partner hotels. If you have already booked, the check-in time of your hotel will be displayed on your email booking confirmation.

Can I upgrade my hotel room?

Yes, you can upgrade your room when you arrive at your hotel. You will need to pay for any additional costs locally. Holiday Extras Breaks are unable to guarantee room upgrades, it is subject to the hotel's availability.

Can I request a cot in my room?

Yes, to request a cot in your room, please contact our Customer Experience Team on 0800 093 2547. A member of our team will be able to confirm if the hotel you are booking can accommodate a cot. Holiday Extras Breaks cannot guarantee a cot; all cots are subject to the hotel's availability.

Is parking available at my hotel?

Parking is available at all of our hotels near LEGOLAND, however extra charges may apply which will need to be paid for locally.
