Hotel Beatriz Playa & Spa in Tias, Puerto del Carmen prides itself on good service and personalised attention. This recently updated and quirkily styled spa features a hydrotherapy circuit equipped with water jets, waterfalls, micro bubble beds, jacuzzi, sauna, steam baths and contrast showers.
Facials, wraps including micro-algae, seaweed and poultice sea silt, along with a variety of body massages are available too. There are one, two and three day programmes on offer, packed full of natural therapies for the mind, body and spirit. Aquarsis Wellness Center in Puerto del Carmen offers a creative selection of individual treatments including cryotheray (cold therapy) for tired legs and chocotherapy - 45 minutes of chocolate-based exfoliation and moisturising. Yum!
