What Clothes Should I Pack?

Loose Clothing: Loose clothing is incredibly important for your comfort levels, especially if you're taking a long-haul flight to reach your destination. Loose clothing can help you to keep cool and gives you an extra allowance for movement, which can be especially important when exercising on planes.

Sunhat: Although everyone should recognise the importance of wearing a hat, this is especially important when you're travelling whilst pregnant. Heatstroke and sunburn can have extremely negative health effects and induce nausea and headaches. Pregnant women can also be more prone to this, and so wearing a hat at all times is vital.

Flat Shoes or Flip-Flops: Wearing flat shoes or flip-flops will allow you to feel comfortable if there is any swelling in the heat or on the plane, and flip-flops are also incredibly breathable in that hot summer sun. Flat shoes will also help you to walk longer distances around your destination, meaning that you can take in all of your must-see sights.

Where Can I get Holiday Clothing for Pregnant Women?

Most high street shops like New Look and H & M have a special section for maternity clothing, and this is filled with swimsuits and other holiday wear during summer. If you're going abroad out of season, there are many online shops that cater to this, such as Boohoo and Jojo Maman Bebe.
