How to use your voucher
Make sure you're logged in and they'll be available to use when you check out. You can spend your vouchers on new hotels, parking, lounges or airport transfer bookings.
Voucher types
Flextras: Free cancellation
Cancel and get a cash refund on a 'Free Cancellation' voucher up to 14 days after cancelling your booking.
Non-flex
'Non-flex' and 'Flextras: Saver' vouchers can't be cancelled or exchanged for a cash refund.
Flextras: Saver
'Flextras: Saver' vouchers can be used towards a smaller range of products in the future.
Cancelling and refunding a voucher
Cancellations made within 7 days of the original booking date will get a full cash refund*.
Cancellations made more than 7 days after the original booking date will be refunded, less £10 which will be held as a non-refundable balance on your account for you to use the next time you book*.
*A refund can't be offered if a voucher has already been redeemed in part. 'Saver' and 'Non-flex' vouchers cannot be cancelled for a cash refund.
