If you can find exactly the same product cheaper within 24 hours of paying for your booking with Holiday Extras, we will match the price by refunding the difference -the few applying terms and conditions are listed below.

Terms & Conditions

1. The offer applies to the following products: airport parking, airport hotels, airport lounges, or packages that combine these.
2. The eligible product must be exactly the same in every respect, including being provided by the same supplier as you have purchased from Holiday Extras, with the same cancellation terms. We reserve the right to ask for evidence of product availability and price before we accept your claim.
3. You must make your claim within 24 hours of making and paying for your booking with Holiday Extras.
4. Successful claims will have the difference in price refunded to the payment card used.
5. The following Holiday Extras products and fees are excluded: a. London City centre and Republic of Ireland hotels and parking. b. Hotel packages that include coach or rail. c. Coach travel. d. Insurance products. e. Overseas Car hire, Lounges and Transfers. f. Theatre and theme park breaks. g. Additional fees or charges including but not limited to payment card surcharges and cancellation protection.
6. The following prices are excluded:
   • Prices from other suppliers conditional on buying other products
   Prices that are part of a customer loyalty, members’ or loyalty reward scheme.
   • When comparing prices, we consider only the total price of the products that have been booked, which may include mandatory costs such as airport access charges.

At selected airports*, more than 10% of our customers saved at least 60% on the drive-up price by pre-booking with us. They saved 78% at Luton; 72% at Heathrow; 71% at Stansted; 69% at Manchester and 60% at Gatwick on their bookings between April 2015 and June 2015.

*By "selected airports" we mean the following airports which account for 71% of our parking bookings during the period April 2015 to June 2015: Stansted, Luton, Manchester, Liverpool, Heathrow, Gatwick, Leeds Bradford, Inverness and Glasgow Airport.

Parking from £2.99 per day

Parking price is based on the best 8 day parking price at Airparks, Birmingham from 1st March 2016 onwards and is subject to daily change and availability.

Lounge from £15 per person

Lounge price is per person and based on entry into the London Heathrow Servisair Terminal 3 for all future arrivals. Prices are subject to daily change and availability and vary depending on location, time and when you book.

Hotel from £19 per person

Featured airport hotel price is per person and based on two adults sharing a double room at The Ibis, Gatwick from November 2016 onwards and is subject to daily change and availability.

Save up to 40%* on Airport Hotels

40 per cent saving is based on booking an airport hotel in advance with Holiday Extras compared to paying the standard hotel price on the day.
