Car not recognized at gate. Contacted operator but he couldn't find the booking even though I had a printed confirmation. He let us in O.K. Then had to request he open the gate on return.

Yes went smooth but where we parked the car there are pot holes which were full of water in the dark you cant see them. It would be an help to fill these as this is a possible trip hazard. Hope this is helpful

Manchester airport in a mess but still had problems with the deal I had booked, parking easy and his took us back to our car all very efficient. Just wish we could book for more than a week in the under cover park attached to the terminals

Would have been higher, but for the fact that the park was full and I had real difficulty in finding a place to park. Nobody around for guidance.
