Flying with your family? There's plenty of space for you all at the Holiday Inn Express Stansted, where every room has a sofa bed, a power shower and an interactive TV with internet access. Breakfast is free, with food available from 4am - and you can take your time, as the terminal is just a seven-minute bus ride away.
Looking for luxury? You'll find it at the Radisson Blu Stansted, which is directly linked to the terminal by a covered walkway. It doesn't just have four restaurants, a spa, a pool, a gym and an aerobics studio, it's also home to the UK's only Wine Tower, which is made up of 4,000 bottles of wine. All rooms have air conditioning, a minibar and an LCD flatscreen satellite TV.
On a budget? The Warmans Barn House is a 17th-century converted barn just five miles from the airport. You'll get an en-suite room with a shower, a TV, a hairdryer, a trouser press and tea and coffee-making facilities. Food is served in The Ash, the pub opposite.
Travelling on business? All rooms at the Hilton Stansted have high-speed internet access, and the hotel has a business centre which offers secretarial services, video conferencing, wireless internet access and fax and photocopying facilities. If you want some time out, the hotel has three restaurants, a pool, a gym, a sauna, a steam room and a jacuzzi.

On-airport hotels: These are within the airport grounds, so your transfer time to the terminal in the morning should be minimal. We've three on-airport hotels at Stansted: the Hilton Stansted, the Holiday Inn Express Stansted and the Radisson Blu Stansted. The latter is linked to the terminal by a covered walkway, so you really can check out five minutes before you check in for your flight.
Off-airport hotels: These tend to be cheaper, as they are outside the airport grounds, though still close by - all our off-airport hotels at Stansted are within nine miles of the airport. They all provide guests with transport to the terminal, though this may not be included in the price. Our most popular is the Warmans Barn House, which is five miles from the airport. What's more, rooms at this hotel are only available through Holiday Extras - try as you might, you can't book them any other way.
Stansted hotels with parking: All our Stansted hotels offer packages which include parking while you're away. This can turn out to be only slightly more expensive, or even cheaper, than booking parking alone. You'll park in the hotel's car park while you are away and collect your car when you return from holiday. All our Stansted hotels offer parking for up to 15 days, with the exception of the Cock Inn and our undercover hotel, which only offer packages for up to eight days. You can park for longer, but you will be charged at the hotel's normal rate, which is more expensive.
Room-only bookings: These are bookings for a hotel room only, with no holiday parking. Did you know that if you're not driving to the airport, we can save you money on your journey there and back? We offer discounted rail and coach travel to and from Stansted airport for the whole family - including free travel for up to two children under 16 if you're going by train. Can I book parking at Stansted for fewer than eight days?
Yes, though not at all our Stansted hotels. The Hilton Stansted, the Holiday Inn Express Stansted and the Radisson Blu Stansted all offer cheaper packages with up to four days' parking. At our other Stansted hotels, however, eight days is the minimum parking package - of course you can park for less time, but you will be charged for eight days.
Can I book a Stansted hotel at short notice?
Yes, we'll almost certainly have something available even if you want to stay that night. However, we always advise booking as far in advance as you can - you're more likely to get the hotel you want, and at a better price.
Can I park at the hotel while I'm on holiday and stay overnight when I come back, as opposed to when I leave, as I have a late flight back?
Yes, you can do this at some of our Stansted hotels, though not all of them. We can't make this kind of booking online, but if you give our call centre a shout on 0800 093 5478, they'll be happy to help.
What if I need to cancel my holiday? Can I cancel my Stansted hotel booking?
Yes. You can cancel and get a full refund if you've taken out our cancellation waiver, which costs just £2.49. You can add this when you book - we always recommend doing so. The only thing which invalidates it is if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
